Betty who? Our nostalgic rendition of Everybody’s Birthday Cake has a classic yellow sponge and tastes like a cross between the bottom of your cereal bowl as a kid and sneaking a heaped spoon of Nutella from the jar - but better - there’s bits of caramelized cornflakes running through it.

The cake is weighed at approximately 1.5kg and good for up to 8 people. It also stays good in the fridge for 3 days in an airtight container, and makes for a great cheat worthy breakfast the next morning. just top with cornflakes and milk. chef's kiss - you're welcome.
P.S. Store the cake in the fridge and leave out for 15 minutes or until it comes to room temperature before serving.
