Delivery Policy

We currently deliver to the following cities in the UAE:

Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.

All deliveries are handled by a trusted third-party courier service.

How does delivery work?

We offer next-day delivery on orders placed before 3:00 PM.

• Order before 3:00 PM? You’ll receive your order the next working day.

• Order after 3:00 PM? Add an extra day.

• Pls note we are closed on Tuesdays

✦ Examples:

• Order at 2:45 PM on Sunday → Delivery on Monday

• Order at 2:45 PM on Monday → Delivery on Wednesday

• Order at 3:45 PM on Monday → Delivery on Wednesday
  
  
• Order at 3:30 PM on Thursday → Delivery on Saturday
  

We do not deliver on Tuesdays.

Deliveries go out between 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM on your selected date.

Delivery Fees:

• Dubai: AED 40

• Sharjah & Ajman: AED 55

• Abu Dhabi: AED 80

• Al Ain: AED 100

• Other Emirates: AED 100

Please ensure your full delivery address and correct contact details are provided to avoid any delays.

Multiple orders may result in multiple charges posted to your card statement.

Cancellations & Refunds Policy

All our cakes are made-to-order, and due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or cancellations.

That said, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within one hour of delivery at nadia@melangeme.com with photos and a description of the issue. If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll do our best to make it right - whether that means sending a replacement or offering a refund at our discretion.

We reserve the right to decline refund or replacement requests if the product has been consumed, tampered with, or the issue is reported outside the stated timeframe.
