Heatwave - Mango Mania

Soft vanilla sponge layered with fresh mangoes and cream, finished with caramelized white chocolate crumble and crisp meringue sticks. Cold, creamy, fruity, and crunchy all at once. Best eaten straight from the fridge when it’s painfully hot outside.

The cake is weighed at approximately 1.5kg and good for up to 8 people. It also stays good in the fridge for 3 days in an airtight container.

P.S. Store the cake in the fridge and leave out for 15 minutes or until it comes to room temperature before serving.
