Jaded - Olive Oil, Lemon, Mascarpone & Mixed Berries

Olive Oil sponge, Lemon curd, Mascarpone cream & Mixed Berry compote. The cake is weighed at approximately 1.5kg and good for up to 8 people. It also stays good in the fridge for 3 days in an airtight container.

P.S. Store the cake in the fridge and leave out for 15 minutes or until it comes to room temperature before serving.
